Biography:

Wang Ximin is a distinguished journalist and writer with an impressive career that includes serving as a Senior Editor and Deputy Director of Hebei People's Radio Station. He has been recognized as a Model Worker of Hebei Province and was a delegate to the province's 7th Party Congress. Wang is a member of the 7th Council of the All-China Journalists Association and was listed among the first 100 outstanding news workers in China. He has received the State Council's special allowance and the prestigious "Changjiang Taofen Award," a significant honor in Chinese journalism.

Wang's journalistic endeavors are extensive and include retracing the 25,000-mile Long March, exploring China's 22,800 km national border, and traveling the Great Wall. He has also traced the source of the Yellow River. His travels have taken him to over 230 countries and regions, including the South and North Poles, and he has conducted interviews in every country in the world.

In addition to his journalistic achievements, Wang has been awarded the China News Award, the highest honor in Chinese journalism, with four first and second prizes. He has published 21 books and TV scripts, including "Measuring China's Boundary Line" and a 9-volume "See the World" series, which features titles such as "Go to Africa."

Wang's screenwriting work includes the 24-episode TV series "Advance Even," which won first prize at the 29th China TV Drama Flying Apsaras Awards and the 13th National "Five One Project" Award. The series was broadcast on CCTV-1. His literary work "Marching to Ali" was a finalist for the Lu Xun Literature Prize, further showcasing his diverse talents and contributions to the field of journalism and literature.
