Biography：
Prof.Ma Qike，Ph.D in laws, is a postdoctoral fellow and researcher at the School of Marxism Studies, Renmin University of China.In September 2014, He attended the theoretical seminar on the education practice activity of the Mass Line of the CPC（Communist Party of China)，which was held by the Organization Department, the Publicity Department, and the Leading Group for the Mass Line Education Practice Activity of the CPC Central Committee.Also, in July 2021, he attended the theoretical seminar on the centenary of the founding of the CPC, organized by the Organization Department, the Publicity Department and other 5 departments directly under the CPC Central Committee as an excellent theoretical article author. Currently, he is the deputy secretary of the Committee of Political and Legal Affairs in the Municipal Committee and the organization of the CPC in the Municipal Law Society (Leading-role Level of Departments and Director).
