Before the lecture, Pro. Zhang Banghui, dean of our School, expressed his gratitude to Dr.Lu for his coming.
At the beginning of the lecture, Dr.Lu detailed how to write a qualified policy consultation report from four different aspects, including the review of related policy, the situation of the journal Decision-making Suggestions(An internal policy consultation publication sponsored by Chongqing Academy of Social Sciences,the Development Research Center of Chongqing Municipal People's Government), the way to write a good policy consultation report, and the transformation of scientific research achievements to policy consultation.
After that, Dr. Lu made a brief review of the policies of think tank construction and decision-making consultation system since the 18th National Congress of the CPC( the Communist Party of China). In addition, he introduced the basic situation of the construction of the think tank in other universities in Chongqing.Then,by taking some policy consultation reports as examples,he showed the instructions of relevant publications and put a particular emphasis on the point that an excellent policy consultation report should make a contribution to the real life of the society.
Finally, he focused on the topic selection and writing methods of the policy consultation report. The last but not least, Dr. Lu also encourage all the teachers of our school to actively participate in the writing of decision-making suggestions, and make more suggestions for the construction and development of Chongqing.
