Professor Luo Yuting centered his lecture on the "Trinity" of Ideological and Political Education and Its Mechanisms of Action, providing a comparative analysis of three key aspects: ideological and political theory education, daily ideological and political education, and online ideological and political education.
He explained that ideological and political theory education serves as the primary channel for ideological and political education, emphasizing that its fundamental mechanism lies in the widespread dissemination of mainstream ideology. He proposed that daily ideological and political education acts as the main front for ideological and political education, characterized by a top-down educational approach. He emphasized that the core mechanism of daily ideological and political education is the generation of meaning within the living world. He then discussed online ideological and political education as the main battlefield of ideological and political education, with its mechanism rooted in ideological interaction within the online public space.
Finally, he concluded that the main channel, main front, and main battlefield of ideological and political education are interdependent, each with distinct and complementary advantages. He asserted that only by strengthening the coordination and complementary advantages of theoretical, daily, and online forms of ideological and political education, and enhancing their synergistic effect, can the "Trinity" truly enhance the overall impact of ideological and political education.
The lecture was detailed, broad in scope, and profound in its insights. After the lecture, Dr. Chen Ke expressed gratitude to Professor Luo for his excellent presentation. Dr. Chen emphasized that students of the Marxism School should solidify their theoretical foundation, strengthen their ideological base, and further enhance their political theoretical literacy.
